Chop the onion and parsley

Add drained tuna, onion, parsley, mustard and egg into a bowl.

Mix well and shape into 2 burger patties.

Place them in a non-stick skillet over low heat and cook until both sides are golden.

Serve atop a salad or with a side of vegetables.
